Greetings from Hannibal, MO, Mark Twain's boyhood hometown, my theme for this year's AtoZ Challenge.
Last weekend we dogsat Mylo. We hovered around the puppy with stupid grins on our faces, like a bunch of first time parents. Mylo was so stinking cute. Cuteness overload. We played with him all day long and watched him eat and sleep and eat. He tackled our toes and pounced on shoes, shoelaces, Frisbees, grass, flowers, dirt. I felt like I had toddlers all over again. It's a good thing my son is dating the owner of this puppy. I couldn't think of anything else for the letter "U." Mylo lives in Hannibal, so there's that. Happy Friday, folks! Only a few more letters to go.

Great post... puppy is very cute, it's fun to watch them... in our home we have rescues, our children... we are goofy parents. Wow I think I went weird and sappy.. for the moment. :)

What a cutie. And how adorable that your son sends you random photos. I love that. My son is across the world in Australia and I rarely hear from him. U was a harder letter than I thought it would be. Looking forward to chilling after the challenge.

DeleteAh, I miss the puppy days. My dog is getting grumpy, smelly and a little decrepit and senile.

ReplyDeleteI'm not very experienced with dogs. When, I was 8 yo, and my friend and I was out walking with his huge siberian husky on leash. The dog was heavier than the two of us together. Quite challenging. The dog ended up killing two hens in another friend's backyard.

ReplyDeleteThere's something wonderful about baby anythings. Puppies and kittens are so fun. I can see the potential of cuteness overload here with Mylo, lol!
We're watching to see if my Great Dane Gidget is pregnant. We bred her a couple of weeks ago. If there's pups they're gonna be gorgeous and sweet loving pups--like their mama and daddy. Gestation is only 62 days so we should know soon it the breeding took. :-)

Awww - adorable choice for U :) My parents dog was nicknamed Steve as a puppy (his name is Nemo) because he was the first puppy of the litter to escape the puppy box - hence The Great Escape ::G::
